District 3 Round-Up Committee Meeting

Members present Fonda S., Dave S., Emily L., Mike C. and John D.

Fonda opened the meeting at 3:05, committee chair unable to attend.

Secretary’s report passed out.

Old Business:  We have a DJ, Hartwell has accepted the job. Lance- lifeguard and Karen G.-Nurse.

New Business:  Group decided to do bullets on the flyer, and Mike C. will get it up on our web site.

We concentrated on Speakers, who to ask. Decision made to ask Old-Timers to do Workshops.

John, Dave, and Fonda are calling people this week, for Key-note Speaker, Old-Timers Meetings and Workshops.

Motion passed to invite Al-Anon, space will be provided for any other program.

Next Meeting- 3:00 March 7, at Dave and Fonda’s house.
